Refund policy

At Little Forever, every keepsake is personalized using the details, names, dates, photos, and memories you provide. Because each order is made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalized products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there has been a production error.

Please check all names, dates, spelling, and personalization details carefully before placing your order. Once your design has been prepared or sent to print, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A clear photo of the packaging, if damaged

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

Incorrect customer details

We create each keepsake using the information provided at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, wrong names, low-quality uploaded photos, or other customer-submitted errors.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once the design process has started or the order has been sent to print, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Lost or delayed packages

Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the print partner used to produce your order. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate with the shipping provider.
