How does personalization work?

After choosing your print size, you will upload your pet’s photo and share their name, dates, personality, recipient name, and any special memories you would like included. We use these details to create your personalized memorial letter print.

What kind of photo should I upload?

Please upload a clear photo where your pet’s face is easy to see. Natural light photos work best. Avoid blurry, dark, heavily cropped, or very small photos.

Can I include dates?

Yes. You can include birth and passing dates, or leave this blank if you prefer.

Can I order this as a gift?

Yes. A Letter From Heaven is often chosen as a sympathy gift for someone grieving a dog, cat, or beloved companion.

Will I receive a proof before printing?

For the MVP launch, we create your keepsake using the information you provide at checkout. Please check all names, dates, photos, and details carefully before placing your order.

How long does it take?

Please allow 2–4 business days for your custom design to be prepared before printing. Printing usually takes 2–5 business days after that. Shipping time depends on your location.

What paper is used?

Our prints are produced on premium matte museum-grade paper using high-quality pigmented archival inks for a soft, elegant finish.

Is the frame included?

No, the frame is not included unless clearly stated on the product page. Your order includes the personalized print only.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help, but once your design has been prepared or sent to print, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I return a personalized print?

Because each keepsake is personalized and made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error.

What happens if my photo is not good enough?

If the photo is too blurry, dark, or low quality for a good result, we may contact you for a better photo before creating your keepsake.

Do you only create dog memorials?

No. We can create keepsakes for dogs, cats, and any beloved companion.
